Our Don Jitsu Ryu classes cater to students starting from age 4 and up. This style, originating from Trinidad, combines elements of jiu-jitsu, karate, taekwondo, weaponry, and judo. Learn from our experienced instructors as you delve into this all-encompassing martial art.

We offer self-defence training tailored to various age groups, including tots, kids, teens, and adults. These classes focus on practical skills to ensure safety and confidence in everyday situations.

Girl Kickboxing

A fitness-focused kickboxing class designed specifically for girls aged 12 and up. This class combines effective workouts with a fun and supportive environment.

Adult Kickboxing

Our coeducational fitness kickboxing class for adults provides a high-energy workout, helping you build strength and endurance while enhancing overall fitness.

For a more tailored approach, we offer private lessons. These one-on-one sessions provide individualized attention, allowing you to progress at your own pace and focus on specific goals.

Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops with visiting international Purple Dragon Master Teachers. These sessions offer valuable insights and advanced techniques to enhance your training experience.
